26th January 2012 - THE NEW SITE

Welcome to the new site which is still in it's infancy, so please bear with David who is putting it together. For historic information about my rowing days in JJ, please go to the links at the top right and you'll find it.

This new site has been designed to be simple to use, not too much information this time and above all, we hope it is informative. For old friends who logged into the previous site, if you think we should re-introduce missing info from this site, please say so. Much appreciated!

Whilst I have been quietly planning the next chapter of this story about rowing and building a new mk2 version of my old boat JJ, the guy I sold her to, Andrew has just broken the Record in her...on my birthday! How cool is that? So now I have re-focused the lens a bit and have to shave an extra 48 hours off what I needed to do before he came along, bless him. Andrew is a great guy and I've supported him from the day he collected the boat. JJ is becoming a legend, so whoever rows her next will have alot on their shoulders!

The mk2 plug is well under way and Euan and Matt are doing an A1 job of it.
